ФИЛИП АЛЕКСАНДАР лични имиња

How it come that at the ancient coins it does standing name written as ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ, but not as ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣΟΥ?
How It comes that coins referred to the name of ΑΛΕΧΑΝΔΡΟΥ
but not to ΑΛΕΧΑΝΔΡΟΣΟΥ ?
Strange isn`t it ..
Yet just to let you know
Y is an old so called Phoenician letter , pronounced as V
Yup , you read it well
Y=V
What is about to say :
ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ- ФИЛИПОВ -Belong to Philip
ΑΛΕΧΑΝΔΡΟΥ-АЛЕКСАНДРОВ - Belong to Alexander
According to the coins as well
names of Macedonian rulers are:
ΦΙΛΙΠΠ
ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡ
And they are not
ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣ
ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ
Why ?
Because never been so ...

Having in mind grammatical rules where we read that is :
Ο ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΣ
ΤΟΥ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ
ΤΟΝ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟ
ΤΩ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟ
Ω ΦΙΛΙΠΠΕ

Does anyone could provide any artifact with written TOY on it ?

:))
