About a dozen etymologies of Greek Theόs and Latin Deus (god) has come down to us from the Middle Ages. Both word are familiar (from Engl. theology and deity ).
It was taken for granted that Theόs and Deus are different pronunciations of the same word.,(this idea proved to be wrong ) and the name of Lord has to do something with His greatness, omnipotence and so forth –a reasonable conjecture on the face of it .
Some fruits of medieval scholarship lacked juice even in their prime, as when deus was derived form dans eternaum uitaim suis ( [ the one ] giving eternal life to his own ).Others were astute. For example, Theόs were compare with théo ( to move fast),thermόs (warm),and áithos (fire, flame),among others, and Latin homo (man ) was traced to humus (earth) .
Today we believe that Theos and Deus meant “ spirit” and “shining ,glorious”, respectively trough the origin of Theόs has not been fully clarified .Our solution have the support of well tasted procedures; they are not fantasies, but our glosses do not differ in principle from “rushing”, “flaming”, “aerial”-1
This is quite interesting.
in Macedonian has came from somewhere .Same letter was missing when our ancestors would write

Question is what letter was in use ?
Duh -Spirit -single
out of H we have
We could see similarity, when compared with word success Uspeh
UspeSi -successes -pl.
This H-S change added to word Spirit-DuH, case when H is missing giving us another word used today
And what is my point?
From Macedonian Dusha -sing.
Dusi-souls to Spirit i.e. Theόs -Deus
Concept of Ma+Ma+Ma
Ma+Ma=Make + duMa

God + Spirit
